Playwriting Contest in Final Stretch
If you are still planning to submit a play for our Annual Playwriting
Contest, we are in our final stretch. The deadline for submission
of a play for inclusion in our Spring One-Act Competition is December
31st. If you haven't seen our revised guidelines, check them out

As the holidays approach, some of you may be struggling to find that
perfect gift for a loved one. What greater gift than the gift of

annual One-Act Competition and Dessert Auction as well as our third
Annual Dinner Theatre Production and save on both!

Next Season is in the Final Planning Stages
We've made our decision! While we do not have our plays chosen
for our third annual One Act Competition, we do have the date set for
March 27th, 2009.
We also have chosen our production for our
third annual Dinner Theatre Production. This year is our fifth
summer production and our 10th production overall. Our production
this summer will be J.B. A Play in Verse by Archibald MacLeish.
In this Pulitzer Prize-winning poetic drama, Archibald MacLeish has
fashioned a tense and powerful retelling of the Biblical story of Job.

Don't Forget Your Tax-Deductible Donations!
Have you made a donation to the theatre company this year yet?
Did you know that less than 70% of DTC's budget is met through the
ticket sales for our productions? We rely on your tax-deductible
donations to meet the remainder of the expenses for our productions
throughout the year. Whether or not you have already made a
donation this year, consider making one prior to December 31st to ensure
proper credit for this year. Donations can be made by mail or
through our website. You can also make a donation by clicking the
button to the left. Donations of any amount are appreciated. |
Become a Donor, Advertiser or Sponsor
With our fourth season comes all of the opportunities to become a
donor, advertiser or sponsor of Destination Theatre Company.
Donors receive discounted tickets for all performances for one year
after making a donation.
Advertising rates are reasonable for program, e-newsletter and
web-based advertising.
Sponsors receive prominent program AND web-based advertisements as well
as complimentary and discounted tickets for productions.

page or contact the theatre for complete details. You can even make
your donation, purchase advertising space or become a sponsor directly
