Seamstress

The seamstresses of a performance have the following responsibilities.

1) Based on the costume list created by the wardrobe master, they decide what costumes must be created or built, what props must be acquired and go about the task of creating or acquiring them.

2) They are hired by either the director, producer or wardrobe master.  They report directly to the wardrobe master.

3)  They are usually paid hourly.
