Excellence is where Passion and Precision Merge

Maintenance

The Maintenance worker(s) of a performance have the following responsibilities.

1) They help to ensure audience comfort and safety during the performances.  They make sure the audience seating areas, lobbies and restrooms are clean and clear of debris.

2) They are hired directly by the business manager or house manager and report directly to the house manager.

3)  They are usually paid hourly and may be a permanent employee of the theater building itself rather than the production company.  In that case, their pay would be a part of the facility rental paid by the production company.
