Print Friendly Version Rehearsal Schedule J.B.-A Play in Verse by Archibald MacLeish Schedule is subject to change based on cast member availability.  Rehearsals are generally held twice a week on either Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday.. Date(s) Purpose of Meeting May 18 and 21 Auditions May 22 if necessary Call Backs May 25-29 Read Through Rehearsals June 1-9 Blocking Rehearsals June 11-18 Working Rehearsals June 20 Continuity Rehearsal--Time TBA June 22 Troubled Scenes June 25-July 2 Polishing Rehearsals Monday, July 6 Troubled Scenes--If Necessary Thursday and Friday, July 9 and 10 Troubled Scenes--If Necessary Saturday, July 11 Full Walk Through in space without set--Time TBA Monday and Tuesday, July 13 and 14 Setup Days and Walk Through Rehearsals on Set Thursday, July 16 Technical Rehearsal Friday, July 17 Tech/Dress Rehearsal Saturday, July 18 Final Dress Rehearsal--Time TBA Monday and Tuesday, July 20 & 21 Evening performances--Curtain at 7:30 Thursday through Saturday, July 23-25 Evening and Matinee Performance.  Curtain at 7:30pm on Weekdays; Curtain at 10:00am on Saturday.  Saturday's Matinee performance will be followed by Strike and Clean Up.  All Cast and Crew are expected to attend Strike. *-All cast must attend   Unit rehearsals will be held on various Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.  Final dates will be decided based on cast availability.  All unit rehearsals will begin at 7:00pm unless otherwise decided by the cast and director(s).   Final rehearsals (beginning with Setup and Walk Through Rehearsals) will begin at 6:00pm.  Some will need to be in attendance sooner for costume and makeup concerns.   All cast members must be at performances at least 90 minutes prior to begin time.  Some will need to be in attendance sooner for costume and makeup concerns.   [J.B.
